Service Operations Coordinator - Salary Range: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum, 35-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.


We are seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of one of the leading pest management firms in the UK, providing services across various regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the efficient operation of the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all elements related to the Service / Service-Tracker system, including troubleshooting, training, updates, report imports, and email communications.
  • Notify the appropriate Service Manager regarding any service-related issues.
  • Handle incoming service inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to Service Managers, including reviewing their emails and reports.
  • Assist in resolving technician queries and access issues.
  • Act as a liaison between management and technicians.
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Schedule routine service dates as necessary.
  • Verify completion of 'call-outs'.
  • Log job orders into the system.
  • Proofread documents as needed.
  • Set up, modify, and terminate contracts with management approval.
  • Assist with technician mobile phone setup and troubleshooting.
  • Clarify contract details to technicians upon request.
  • Organize parking arrangements for technicians.
  • Monitor job completion status and follow up with technicians as required.
  • Assess and report on technician service performance.
  • Regularly email reports to designated clients.
  • Manage block treatment administration, including correspondence, technician organization, and report preparation.
  • Establish and maintain client portals, ensuring access permissions are current.
  • Aid in arranging holiday coverage for technicians.


In instances where support is needed for sales and service managers with new contracts, responsibilities include producing front sheets, service agreements, requesting purchase order numbers, coordinating initial treatments, setting up new contracts in the system, notifying technicians, compiling site files, verifying invoices upon completion, and distributing all relevant documentation.


Compensation:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 annually
