- Investigate and resolve issues with Microsoft applications such as Teams, Outlook, and Office Suite.">
- Administer and monitor software licenses, ensuring compliance and efficient usage.">
- Use investigative skills to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.">
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, processes, and resolutions to enhance team knowledge.">
