Description:

This Service Desk Analyst position involves delivering top-notch technical support and optimizing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for troubleshooting, and excellent customer service abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Incident Resolution: Resolve user incidents efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Directory Services Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations to ensure seamless system access.
  • Device and Application Management: Configure and troubleshoot devices, policies, and applications via Intune.
  • Licence Administration: Monitor and administer software licences to ensure compliance and efficient usage.

Requirements:

  • A solid foundation in IT support, with a proactive attitude and the ability to simplify technical solutions for users.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft applications such as Teams, Outlook, and Office Suite.
Compensation:

£31,000 per annum dependent on experience
