Clinical Lead for Mental Health Services

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Bedfordshire and Luton Complex Needs Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering highly specialist clinical psychology and psychotherapeutic services for adults with complex emotional needs associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder.
The successful candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent training as an applied practitioner, and will be HCPC registered as a Practitioner Psychologist. They will also have MBT Practitioner training accredited by the Anna Freud Centre, and the willingness and capacity to train as a MBT Supervisor.
In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide consultation, supervision, assessment, and intervention to service users, carers, teams, and organizations. You will also be responsible for identifying training needs and co-producing and delivering training programs to support the development of staff.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and experienced clinical psychologist looking for a new challenge, please apply today.
