**Job Title:** Clinical Psychology Service Lead
**Location:** Luton, Bedfordshire
We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Clinical Psychology Service at Evergreen in Luton, Bedfordshire. This 12-month fixed contract (Maternity Cover) position involves overseeing the provision of formulation-driven, therapeutic assessments and time-limited interventions for 12-18-year-old young people and their families across Bedfordshire and parts of the East Of England.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing clinical leadership and oversight of the Clinical Psychology Service.
- Developing and implementing service plans to meet the needs of young people and their families.
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff members.
**Salary:** £45,753 - £62,389 per annum.
**Required Qualifications and Experience:*
- Three-year Postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or its equivalent.
- Relevant specialist training or demonstrable experience in CBT, Child Neuropsychology, or Systemic Work.
- Clinical supervision training for Doctoral trainees.
- At least three years post-qualification experience as a Clinical Psychologist with relevant experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.
