Purchasing Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Lloyd Recruitment Services in East Grinstead. In this role, you will manage purchase orders and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and suppliers, utilizing your organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver results. If you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
* Manage purchase orders from initiation to completion
* Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues
* Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and update our systems accordingly
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
