Event Monitoring Support Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Monitoring Support Officer to join our team at TransLink. As a key member of our Ticketing Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and punctual response to reported ticket machine faults, thereby minimizing ticketing system downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide event monitoring services Monday to Sunday to ensure timely response to ticket machine faults
- Collaborate with Ticketing Maintenance Teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of faults and resolutions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent experience
- At least one year's experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a normal working week
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience using fault logging or customer helpdesk systems
