Job Title: Event Monitoring Support Officer - Ticketing Maintenance

At TransLink, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Monitoring Support Officer - Ticketing Maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing event monitoring services to ensure that Ticketing Maintenance Teams respond effectively and punctually to reported ticket machine faults, minimizing ticketing system downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide event monitoring services to support Ticketing Maintenance Teams
• Respond to reported ticket machine faults in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with teams to minimize ticketing system downtime

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent experience
• At least one year's experience in a clerical or administrative role
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a normal working week

Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience using fault logging or customer helpdesk systems
