This exciting opportunity offers a salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the C-suite team at our rapidly growing tech company.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual with experience in supporting senior-level executives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating schedules and meetings for the executive team
  • Managing email communications and responding to messages
  • Arranging travel and accommodation as required
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Improving meeting effectiveness and promoting good practice across the business
  • Developing and maintaining the calendar and cadence for business meetings
  • Preparing briefing notes, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Supporting internal communication activities, including weekly updates and monthly all-hands meetings
  • Organising events from small teams to full business scale events
  • Contributing to wider business projects and initiatives

In order to excel in this role, you will require:

  • Experience supporting C-Suite level executives
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced technology-driven environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with proficiency in Google Suite tools
  • High levels of flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with senior management and executives
