Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mayfair, London. The successful candidate will provide critical support to the Founder and CEO, ensuring seamless execution of business operations and personal matters.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working at C-Suite level, with a strong understanding of executive support functions. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage itineraries
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Support the CEO in business operations and personal matters
- Proven experience working at C-Suite level
- Strong understanding of executive support functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
£65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
