Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in South West London. As an office-based role, you will be responsible for assisting in administrative, marketing, and operational activities of our fast-growing e-commerce business.

The Role:

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will support office staff in their daily tasks, coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies, and handle customer calls and emails. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary, and resolving any administrative problems.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a graduate-level education, enthusiasm about natural products, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, have professional phone etiquette and customer service skills, and be able to draft emailers, social media messages, and creatives to send to customers.
