Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Neuphonic. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our rapidly growing company.

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing internal projects across various areas, including HR, compliance, insurance, legal, and contract management. You will also take the lead on employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning, working closely with our CEO.

We estimate that this role can earn up to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute internal projects across HR, compliance, insurance, legal, and contract management
• Lead on employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
• Collaborate closely with external vendors to drive business growth
• Execute administrative duties such as planning annual meetings and coordinating facilities

Requirements:
• Worked in a hyper-growth startup or scale-up in a legal and/or business operations capacity
• Legal background with some exposure to legal work and/or legal operations
