Blue Legal, a dynamic national law firm in the heart of Edinburgh, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to contribute to the success of its business development activities. This key role will work closely with lawyers to manage projects and initiatives within the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Business Development Manager.

The Role's Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the firm's Markets strategy team to execute growth initiatives, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Trend Identification and Analysis: Monitor emerging market trends and develop marketing and business development strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Client Sourcing and Networking: Support lawyers in sourcing new clients and building strong relationships through networking opportunities.
  • Marketing Planning and Execution: Assist lawyers in creating comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Firm Pitches and Business Development: Collaborate with the Pursuits team on strategic firm pitches, driving business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with lawyers to ensure seamless communication and effective client relationship management.
  • Marketing Support and Optimization: Contribute to key marketing activities, including legal directories submissions, PR matters, and content management.
