Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Practice Coordinator to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our office operations, you will provide high-level administrative support to partners and solicitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of matters and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience as a secretary/PE working in a professional services environment, with excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. They will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with people internally and externally to the firm.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
