About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Bower Grove School. As an HR Adviser, you will provide strategic guidance on HR matters, oversee all HR administration, and work closely with the Headteacher to implement best practices.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They should have a strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working hours, opportunities for professional development, and a comprehensive recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the school's goals and objectives.
  • Manage all HR administration, including coordinating an HR Assistant.
  • Work closely with the Headteacher to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
