This is a unique opportunity to join Id Product as a Women's Employment Program Manager. Based in Birmingham, this role offers a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, and a 37-hour working week with a 1-hour break for lunch. As a Women's Employment Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing job coaching and employability support plans with clients, delivering 10-week rolling programmes of employability workshops, and providing mentoring and coaching in effective job search techniques. You will also engage with participants through creative approaches, ensure all Key Performance Indicators are achieved, organize work placement experience, and work closely with external organizations to achieve referrals onto the programme. An Enhanced Child and Adult workforce DBS on the update service is required, and basic skills in Microsoft Office are preferred.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team. You will also have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
