We are seeking a Women's Empowerment Program Lead to join our team at Id Product. This is a 2-year fixed term contract with a salary of £23,000.
About the RoleThe Women's Empowerment Program Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering programs aimed at enhancing the employment skills and work experience of women who have experienced domestic abuse and are at risk of offending.
Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing comprehensive employability programs
- Building partnerships with external organisations to enhance program delivery
- Providing guidance and support to program participants
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery
