About the Role

We are seeking a Purchasing Ledger Clerk to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable and be confident working with high-volume transactions.

The successful candidate will efficiently process invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and address supplier queries in a timely manner. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance and upholding high standards of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently process invoices with accuracy
  2. Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
  3. Address and resolve supplier queries in a timely manner
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  5. Ensure compliance and uphold high standards of accuracy

Requirements:

  1. Strong experience in accounts payable
  2. Confident working with high-volume transactions
  3. Multi-site experience is a plus
  4. Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  5. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
