Financial Services Coordinator

Located in Europe, Selecta is the leading provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food. We are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a fixed term contract for 6 months with a potential extension dependent on business requirements. The successful candidate will support the Procure to Pay Manager in determining the vision and strategy for the Department, jointly supporting the ongoing integration, transformation, and improvements.
The Purchase Ledger Assistant will play a lead role in implementing and embedding cultural change through the finance organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain supplier master file data ensuring correct payments terms are adhered to according to company policy.
- Responsible for Accounts Payable monthly reporting, payments forecasts, accruals, prepayments, provisions, and stock adjustment, unallocated cash reporting.
- Responsible for supplier statement reconciliations in line with Departmental requirements, with resolution of variances.
- Preparation of weekly accounts payable cash forecast and supporting information.
- Maintain Supplier relationships and respond to any correspondence within time set by SSC.
- Completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations as per agreed timetable and Month end reporting.
- Ad hoc requests from Procure to Pay Manager and Head of Shared Services.
