- Cash Reconciliation
- Payroll
- Invoice and tracking
- Administration workflow
- Data Security/GDPR
- HR filing and tracking
- Supporting management team and operations of the business
- Finance Audit
- HR Audit
**Key Roles & Tasks**
- Revenue Control: Banking & Reconciliations - investigations
- Cost Control: Purchase Ledger, Invoicing, P&L Transactions
- Data Security: Company & HR Information
- Organisation & Filing
- Liaising with suppliers
- Month end process
- Working with management team to achieve objectives.
- Operational support
**Basic skills and attributes for the role**
- Good computer literacy (Incl. Intermediate Excel skills)
- Time management to meet deadlines
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Organised and efficient
- Sage experience desirable
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.75-£12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
