Purchase Ledger Assistant

About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team at Selecta, the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe.
The successful candidate will support the Procure to Pay Manager in determining the vision and strategy for the Department, jointly supporting the ongoing integration, transformation, and improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier records.
- Preparing and submitting financial reports, including Accounts Payable monthly reporting and supplier statement reconciliations.
- Collaborating with the Procure to Pay Manager to implement and embed cultural change through the finance organisation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Procure to Pay Manager and Head of Shared Services.
