Job Title: Accounts Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team at Trinity Estates. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient administration, control, processing, and payment of supplier invoices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a leading residential property management company in England and Wales.

About the Role:
- Process and validate supplier invoices
- Make payments to suppliers and maintain accurate ledger hygiene
- Integrate supplier balances for new sites coming into management
- Produce and analyze weekly/monthly statistics across the business

Requirements:
- 1 year experience in an office-based environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
