Inventory and Stock Control Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Working in conjunction with the Retail and Ecommerce teams to ensure stock is available for customers.
- Maintaining and updating stock records
- Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Record and detail all stock adjustments on DC Inventory database
- Ensure cycle counts are executed in line with the DC schedule.
- Investigate stock inaccuracies and take remedial action to resolve
- Take an active role in the preparation and completion of DC annual stock take

**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organisation skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Good problem solving skills

**What we would like to see in you**:

- 40 hour week - Monday to Friday
- Morning shifts - 6am - 2.30pm and Night 9.30pm - 6am
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Experience in leading a team in a warehousing and logistics environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude towards work and staff engagement.
