Mpeople Recruitment North West is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a first-class operational HR service, providing advice and support to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Resource planning: Work closely with senior management to understand resourcing needs and deliver against the resource plan.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Liaise with hiring managers on requirements, post jobs on job boards, and work with recruitment agencies.
- Manage new starters and the induction process: Complete relevant personnel checks, process contracts, and conduct new starter inductions.
- HR partnering duties: Offer advice on employee relation matters, performance management, annual reviews, and employee engagement.
- Design and deliver a learning and development strategy: Create talent pools and offer development opportunities for apprentices, graduates, and existing staff.
