The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. As the UK Head of Analysts and Advisors, you will play a key role in establishing and managing relationships with prominent third-party influencers.

Working closely with the UK CSO Chief Sales Officer and other senior leaders, you will collaborate across an influential leadership team to drive business growth and expand Capgemini's presence in the market. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Influencing and developing long-term relationships with Sourcing Advisors to enhance Capgemini's position in the market and drive demand for priority portfolio offers.
  2. Raising awareness and understanding of our solutions and value propositions through engagement opportunities that foster knowledge-sharing between Capgemini and vital audiences.
  3. Developing a sales culture by providing independent feedback, refining marketing and sales messaging, and coaching the Sales function with market-relevant insights.

Candidates should possess strong influencing, networking, and relationship skills, with an established network of sourcing advisors across Big Four management consultancies, global sourcing firms, and boutiques.
