About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Partnership Development Leader to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on securing major corporate partnerships to support our mission of giving seriously ill children the best chance to fulfill their potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow new business opportunities, leveraging our strong brand and reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with CEOs, Chairs, and MDs on our Corporate Board and Marketing Panel to unlock new partnership opportunities.
  • Line manage and develop a team of two members to achieve exceptional results in securing new partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience securing multiple six and seven-figure corporate partnerships.
  • Extensive new business fundraising expertise, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • A gifted networker with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Experience writing, creating, inspiring, and delivering successful pitches and proposals.
  • People leadership expertise, with a focus on developing and motivating high-performing teams.
