Lead European Medical Affairs Strategy

This role leads the development and execution of our European medical affairs strategy, driving medical excellence, supporting clinical development, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive European medical affairs strategy that aligns with our global objectives.
  • Medical Insights: Provide critical medical insights to inform business and regulatory decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific alignment and strategic focus.
  • KOL Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with top regional KOLs, HCPs, and patient advocacy groups across Europe.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of medical affairs professionals across the region.

Requirements:

  • MD degree required.
  • Extensive experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in rare autoimmune diseases, neurology, or other rare diseases.
  • Strong knowledge of the European healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and market access challenges.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an asset.
  • Ability to travel across Europe as needed.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned medical professional to lead our European medical affairs strategy and drive business growth in the rare disease space. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
