We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Premiere Care (NE) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services, making improvements as necessary
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the care home
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
