We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Premiere Care (NE) Ltd.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our care team and be responsible for the overall management of our residential care service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of care services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
