Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Premiere Care (NE) Ltd.
About the Role:- Salary: £35k - £40k per annum, plus up to 10% performance-related bonus
- Location: Leyburn office with some home working
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with occasional on-call evenings and weekends
- Benefits: Free on-site parking, up to 33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), pension contribution, and investment in your continued development
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our care team and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users and their families.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
