**Location:** Leyburn office with some home working

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Premiere Care (NE) Ltd. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care services, ensuring that we provide high-quality care to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care services
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the care home

* Competitive salary of £35k - £40k pa (depending on experience) plus up to 10% performance-related bonus
