About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care services in rural North Yorkshire and beyond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring exceptional care delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of care coordinators and care staff to deliver high-quality care services
  • Ensure all staff receive appropriate supervision, training, and support
  • Lead on carer recruitment and selection, ensuring sufficient carer numbers to meet client demand
  • Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Oversee medication administration and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide specialized care, particularly in dementia care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements where necessary
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience operating as a CQC Registered Manager (ideally in domiciliary care services)
  • Proven experience in managing staff
  • In-depth knowledge of home care practices and regulations
  • Strong understanding of dementia care and best practices in senior care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to navigate spreadsheets and analyze data
  • A full driving license and access to a car for work
