About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to join our team at Premiere Care (NE) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our care services and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and implement improvements as needed
