Job Title: Business Development Manager - Telephone

Job Summary:

Integro Partners is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in a Telephone role. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing relationships with intermediaries through proactive telephone contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and develop relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets.
  • Have expert knowledge of our company's Bridging and Buy-to-Let products, criteria, process, and unique selling points to assess enquiries, produce terms, and progress these into applications within Service Level Agreements.
  • Work alongside our regional field Business Development Manager to manage intermediaries within the region to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Speak to introducers and handle new business enquiries.
  • Ensure that our products are top-of-mind and that all intermediaries are updated about new products and features.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent call handling, listening, and influencing skills.
  • Good telephone manner and able to articulate yourself well.
  • Able to successfully build relationships.
  • Confidence to pursue leads and overcome objections.
  • Previous experience within a sales role would be highly desirable.
