Job Description

The Program Management Office (PMO) Manager will ensure that our clients receive accurate and timely management information, forecasts, and analysis that enables them to deliver against their strategic plans.

  • Provide management information, forecasts, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage integration across multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Project Data Analytics team to optimize and automate traditional PMO processes.
  • Drive data consistency and accuracy, continually enhancing the quality of data input.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to processes and systems to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure timely reporting from internal and external third-party project/program managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on PMO integration, risks, and resourcing.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • SC Cleared or ability to pass SC clearance prior to offer.
  • Experience in project/program leadership and management.
  • Logical thinking with the ability to move from big-picture to detail-oriented perspectives.
  • Resourceful problem-solving with a positive attitude.
  • Strong team player with collaboration and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience in centrally managing plans, monitoring progress, and reporting milestones.
  • Knowledge of MIS and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
