We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to work on a bank contract basis, providing exceptional administration support across various hospital departments.

Job Overview

You will be required to liaise with patients, consultants, and other hospital departments, utilising strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to patients, consultants, and hospital departments.
  2. Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring high standards of organisation and efficiency.
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants, applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills.
  4. Maintain accurate records, databases, and documents, using Microsoft Office and other software.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths/English or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis.
