Sales Ledger Administrator Job Description

This Sales Ledger Administrator role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in sales ledger administration and work with a leading organisation based in Nottingham city centre.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is on offer for this position.

Responsibilities
  1. Process and sort sales invoices and credit notes accurately in the ledger
  2. Prepare and verify all documents for client billing and month-end reporting
  3. Support the preparation of weekly customer account reconciliations and statements
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sales Ledger Clerk or Credit Controller
  • Proficient in using relevant accounting related software
  • Excellent communication skills
