We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Ledger Coordinator to join our team in Nottingham. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day purchase ledger activities, including processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring timely payments.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CIS and Sage software packages, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Process and reconcile invoices, credit notes, and other financial documents.
  • Manage the Purchase Ledger, including tracking receipts, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Assist with the Sales Ledger, including invoicing and credit control activities.
  • Handle CIS returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Sage software.
