About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at the Nottingham County Court. This is a temporary position expected to run until March 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the court team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. Key responsibilities include dealing with emails and phone calls, data entry, and general administration duties.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems
  • Perform general administration tasks, including filing and maintaining databases
  • Assist judges and legal advisors with preparation and organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good strong administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
