We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Commercial team at Avant Homes. As an Administrative Coordinator for Commercial Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective administration of the Commercial function.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, experience of working in a similar role, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, you will have extensive knowledge and application of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

The successful candidate will work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be self-sufficient, and able to provide exceptional support to the Commercial team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collate and process client choices forms and orders for each plot sale.
  • Assist in the processing of payments for both the Commercial and Customer Service invoices for subcontractor payments.
  • Prepare key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Commercial function.
  • Utilise COINS to create orders and process payments for subcontractors in support of the Quantity Surveyors.
  • Update payment records, prepare and issue pay less notices and contra charges.
  • Log and track pay less notices and contra charges.
