Administrative Manager Position in Nottingham

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team based in the Nottingham area.
The successful candidate will undertake various administrative roles, including:
- Managing financial transactions using accounting software, specifically Sage Line 50.
- Maintaining communication with banks and tracking account balances.
- Preparing and filing quarterly VAT returns.
- Processing customer invoices and collecting debts.
- Credit control.
- Reconciling supplier statements and making timely payments.
- Managing employee expenses.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts.
- Assisting the accountant with annual accounts.
- General administrative duties.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, working Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am - 17.00, and Friday, 9.00 am - 15.00, with a 30-minute lunch break each day.
To be considered for this role, you must have prior office managing experience, extensive Sage Line 50 experience, excellent computer and administrative skills, and payroll experience.
The estimated salary range for this position is £14.50 - £16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
