At TipTopJob, we are seeking a committed Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Romford area. This exciting new job opportunity is with one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This service helps patients rebuild confidence, self-esteem, and hopes for the future by providing care over two wards, offering an age-appropriate environment for those who also have mental health/personality disorders and/or mild to moderate dementia and require physical healthcare needs.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

  1. Provide high standards of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
  2. Contribute to patient assessments, compile comprehensive plans of care alongside the individual, and monitor patient progress.
  3. Lead shifts and provide mentorship and support to student nurses and other team members.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in mental health services.
  2. Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
  3. A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  4. Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
  5. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.

The successful Senior Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £40,455 per annum DOE, making it an attractive option for professionals looking for a rewarding career in mental health nursing.
