Graduate Teaching Assistant Position at Empowering Learning

About the Job:
You will be working in a mainstream or SEND school setting, providing support to students with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Moderate Learning Difficulties, and Social Emotional Mental Health. Your responsibilities will include engaging students in educational activities, adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs, and managing challenging behavior effectively.

Requirements:
• Experience of working with children or young adults with learning difficulties or disabilities (desirable)
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Valid DBS registration or willingness to apply for one
• Availability 5 days a week for at least 1-6 months

Competitive Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum
