Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and spirited Guest Services Agent to join our team. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us. This includes checking guests in and out, assisting with luggage, serving light snacks, and ensuring that all revenue is correctly charged.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of breakfast, ensuring that it is presented to a high standard.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas, including the removal of trays and other items as necessary.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work unsupervised.
  • A proactive and dedicated approach to customer service, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for our guests.
  • A team-player with a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
