Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead our luxury property maintenance team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of luxury maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop the plumbing and heating division.
  • Manage subcontractors and monitor project progress.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Possession of IOSH, SMSTS, and CSCS certifications.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, with additional benefits including [insert benefits here].
