As a SEN Coordinator, you will lead and support the school's SEN provision, developing comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure students with special needs receive tailored support.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, coordinating individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with teaching staff, and providing training and support on SEN-related issues.

To be successful in this role, you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialized training in Special Educational Needs and in-depth knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
