SEN Teacher Leader

GSL Education - London is looking for a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher Leader to join our team.
In this role, you will lead and support the school's SEN provision, working closely with teaching staff to develop and implement comprehensive SEN policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for conducting assessments, coordinating IEPs, and providing training and support on SEN-related issues.
To be successful in this position, you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialized training in Special Educational Needs and in-depth knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
