Lead Teacher of SEN Provision

Leading SEN Provision Role
We are currently looking for an experienced SENCO to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment, based in London. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the SEN provision across the academy, ensuring that it is effectively and efficiently delivered. They will also be responsible for training staff in aspects of SEN, including management information systems and data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- To oversee the implementation of SEN policies and procedures across the academy.
- To provide guidance and support to teaching staff on SEN-related matters.
- To maintain accurate records of student SEN progress and achievement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status and first degree.
- Experience in managing Special Education Needs within secondary education.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train staff in aspects of SEN.
- Proficient in IT, including management information systems and data analysis.
About the Role:
- This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- The successful candidate will be based in London and will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement SEN policies and procedures.
