Job Overview:
Passwords not included: We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Project Worker to support adults with complex needs in Finchley. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients who have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 8-12 clients and conduct regular key working sessions to develop person-centred support plans.
  • Complete thorough risk and needs assessments and create risk management plans.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies to address client needs such as mental health, substance use, and complex trauma.
  • Support clients to maintain accommodation, maximize their income, and build budgeting skills.
  • Assist clients in accessing work, education, or training opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with clients who have complex needs, including homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use.
  • A non-judgmental, trauma-informed approach to supporting clients through change.
  • Strong partnership working skills to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  • Proven ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial support systems.

Salary and Benefits:

£18 per hour.
