Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for Customer Experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer-facing team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience in our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the customer-facing team to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience in our store.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct HR duties such as recruiting, hiring, training, and firing responsibilities.
- Undertake store administration duties, set sales quotas, and KPIs, performance management, and manage sales and financial reports.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in a fast-paced food/beverage industry.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
